NAMI Sacramento, Sacramento's Voice on Mental Illness

NAMI Sacramento General Meetings

Everyone is welcome

Everyone is welcome at NAMI general geetings, whether you are a member or not. Our monthly general meetings are a great way to connect with others struggling with mental health issues, learn about mental illness, learn how to assist loved ones, and find resources in the Sacramento area.
